Your responsibilities:

As an HR Consultant, you will work internally with our clients. You’ll assist them with their queries related to personnel and payroll administration, recruitment, scrutinizing their HR processes, strategic searches for process improvement, etc. This can also involve client projects where we provide guidance to you. We align our clients’ needs with your expertise and seek projects that enable your growth. Our clients operate in various sectors, ranging from government institutions, SMEs to large international players. Their locations are in Brussels and Flanders.

Your Profile

  • You have a passion for the HR sector and preferably some initial experience with HR consultancy.
  • You master the art of thinking in solutions.
  • Speaking from a place of substance, knowledge, and passion is something you enjoy.
  • Independence in a job and changes inspire you.
  • You are flexible and working on-site with our clients makes you happy.
  • You have a knowledge of English and French.
  • It’s important to have at least a Bachelor’s or Master’s level of education and thinking.
