Your responsibilities:

As a Digital Recruitment Consultant, you are responsible for the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding new employees. You will closely collaborate with various departments to understand the company’s needs and attract the best talents.

Your tasks include, among others:

  • Actively searching for potential candidates through online platforms, social media, and other digital channels.
  • Conducting screening interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ suitability.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates, clients, and colleagues.
  • Managing the recruitment process, including coordinating interviews, testing candidates, and negotiating salary terms.
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract and retain talent.

Your Profile

  • You have minimum 2 years of experience as a recruiter, preferably in a digital environment
  • Excellent knowledge of digital recruitment channels and tools.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Organizational talent and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proactive attitude and ability to work independently.
  • Passion for people and a strong drive to achieve results.
